1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the mal bat platform and all services under it ("Services"). "mal bat", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the mal bat operating entity and the websites and applications it runs. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using the service in any way.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or starting to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked to refrain from using the service.

Some key definitions used in these terms: "bet" means participation in any sports bet or casino game; "wallet" means your financial balance stored on the platform; "bonus" means a promotional offer that applies under specific conditions. All financial transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

2 Eligibility to Use the Service

To use mal bat's services, you must meet the following conditions:

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. OTP verification on the mobile number provided at registration must be completed.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

mal bat conducts identity verification to ensure security and prevent fraud. The verification process may require a copy of your National ID (NID) or another government-issued identity document. Verification may be mandatory before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain limit.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your password and login details confidential is your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately. mal bat never asks for your password by email or chat.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on mal bat is ৳200. This limit is the same for every payment method. The available deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).

Once a deposit is completed, funds are automatically added to your wallet. If a deposit does not go through, save the reference number and contact support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Terms

• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, it may be held until verified.
• The mobile banking number or bank account used for withdrawals must be registered in the account holder's name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

mal bat offers a welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The bonus is always added together with the deposit — it is not given separately.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw from this bonus, a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• An account can receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• mal bat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. The outcome of all events will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant authority. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports follows specific market rules. If a match is abandoned or suspended before the scheduled time, bets in that market will be settled at mal bat's discretion. For live betting, odds may change at any moment; the odds at the time of confirmation are final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live casino games are run by Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other reputable studios. Each game has its own RTP and rules.

6.4 Fishing and Mini Games

Fishing and mini games are operated according to the rules of the specific provider. If a session is interrupted due to a technical issue in these games, the session can be restarted and the stake will be preserved.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mal bat platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Using false information or another person's identity when registering an account.
• Fraudulent behaviour involving the bonus system, such as claiming bonuses on multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Hacking an account or attempting unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to process funds from illegal activities.
• Collusion or conspiracy against other members.
• Exploiting platform bugs or errors for personal gain and failing to report them promptly.
• Attempting to influence staff or members through threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 mal bat's Rights

mal bat may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• Account verification has not been completed or false information has been found.
• In the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• When required to comply with laws or regulations.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account yourself at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of the closure request (excluding bonuses) will be returned subject to withdrawal conditions being met.

9 Personal Data and Privacy

mal bat collects, stores, and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of providing the service, verifying identity, and completing financial transactions. Modern SSL encryption and security measures are used to protect your data.
